North America: Seamless Ground Freight

For all orders within the United States and Canada, SwayTek utilizes a dedicated Truck Delivery Network. Because our sway poles are high-dimensional equipment, we bypass standard courier services in favor of specialized freight carriers.

This ensures:
Direct Handling: Reduced transfer points to minimize any risk of transit damage.
Lift-Gate Services: Available for venues without a dedicated loading dock.

  • IP15 Palletizing: All international orders are on international freight approved palled and the poles are in reinforced, IPPC-certified crates built for the rigors of sea and air travel.
  • Door-to-Port or Door-to-Door: Flexible shipping tiers based on your venue’s location and local customs requirements.
  • Documentation Support: We provide all necessary commercial invoicing and technical specifications to ensure a smooth customs clearance process at arrival.
